SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping:
Items are shipped via UPS Ground (unless otherwise specified) to the United States and Canada only. Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 3 business days of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, excluding Holidays. If there is a problem with your order, we will notify you within 3 business days. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. A signature upon delivery is required for all shipments.

Shipping Options

UPS Ground
You will receive your order within 3-7 business days from the shipping date. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada may take longer.

UPS Air (One, Two or Three-day)
You will receive your order within 1-3 business days from the shipping date, depending on the shipping option you choose. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may take longer.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. Simply return the unused product to us within 30 days from the date of purchase in its original packaging with the original purchase receipt, and we will issue a full refund for the price of the product (less shipping charges). Or, if you’d like, we would be happy to exchange the product for you. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds for products that have been used. If you have a concern about a product, please feel free to contact our customer service center at customercare@toakazi.com before using it.

If your order arrives with incorrect products or has missing or damaged items, please contact us immediately at customercare@toakazi.com. We will move quickly to remedy the situation.

It is our goal to process all refunds within 7 business days from the date we receive your return. However, please note that it can take up to 15 days for your account to be credited.
